Meet Brooke Diiulio

Brooke brings with her more than two decades of experience in education, she devoted 24 years to teaching middle school at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School. During those years, she invested in young people, built meaningful relationships, she is a trusted mentor within our community.

Brooke leads our Healthy Relationships Program and teaches Real Choices curriculum to grades 5–9. She also works closely with schools, parents, and educators in designing a program fit for your community.

Mandy Yearby

Mandy is a wife, mother, and social worker who brings compassion, active listening, and deep empathy into every interaction. While working full time with us, she diligently acquired her master’s degree in social work, a testament to her discipline, commitment, and passion for serving others with both competence and care. Mandy is passionate about empowering others during life’s most critical moments and providing culturally competent care rooted in empathy and professionalism. She doesn’t simply fill a role she strengthens our mission.

Sarah Leinart

Sarah is a wife, mother of five, and registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience. As a member of the pioneering team that launched the Real Choices program, she has spent the past eight years educating students on healthy relationships, self-worth, and life-changing decision-making. Her passion for teaching and encouraging others has made a lasting impact on young people throughout our community.

Sarah has a unique gift for meeting people with grace and truth.  She considers it a joy and privilege to serve the next generation and inspire them to make healthy choices that will shape their futures.
